None Delivery of Items inspite of Online payment

I saw advertisement on Facebook for sale of Milton and Tupperware items on Summer Mela. I booked Tupperware items and made online payment of Rs 1194/-on 26 Feb 21 from summermela.in. Till date they have not delivered their items. The payment gateway was Razorpay. Payment confirmation mail from Razorpay says "Payment successful for Techgenicomm". The contact email is also not replying. Sale on Summer Mela site of Techgenicomm is still on. I would like to caution customers about this. I would also request this forum to kindly help me to get back refund.
