I have purchased a Vega X look VHSB 02 55W Hair straightener on 14 Oct 20 from Tatacliq online website and raised a return request on 16 Oct 20 because of unsatisfactory result. But my request has been declined by Tatacliq. I have again raised a return request in Tatacliq and after calling so many times in customer care and dropping so many mails to Tatacliq and Vega company I am getting only one line answer (that we are working on your return request) but till date I am not getting any positive response or solution from both the companies. This product is worth Rs. 1780/-.
After suffering and harassment. I am writing you this complaint very hopefully that I will get solution and justice from consumer court.
