Product deny to return in his 7 days replacement policy

i (7500212871) purchase a Bluetooth headset order ID ( OD119073213093731000) and facing issue of not good sound quality and connectivity issue and was put a return request on the second day of purchase but no one come to collect this device and receive no any further information from Flipkart side. when I call to customer care to report his issue then executive(Mr. Rajkumar ) said that there is no any issue in device and we do not return it.
i want to return this product as Flipkart return policy in 7 days.
