Flipkart.com product returned but flipkart.com has not refunded me

hello sir,

Actually in first week of september i ordered a product Levis Mens regular Blue jeans worth of rs. 2409.

i returned this product on 13th sept. successfulyy and picked up by flipkart's wishmaster successfully. after that i received message that my pickup has been rejected. I dnt knw after checking of the product by the wishmaster he picked up the product after that he has updated wrong information. later i filed complaint with flipkart immediately for this .they had given me 17th sept. for resolution but no call i received from flipkart after i called to flipkart but they again given me the date of 21st sept.2019 and finally on this 21st they blocked my account and sent me a mail that i have returned items from that account thats why they blocked my account.. they have just cheated with me . i want justice please. i got so furstaed. mentally i became so disturbed . plesse help me . i want my money back.
