Delivered empty box instead of Mivi M20 Duopods

I have ordered MIVI M20 BUDS (BLACK) where my order number is R338003378 & it was delivered on 16/jan/2021 but there was nothing in box as I received an empty box, as I am really scared with this and still there is no action taken by Mivi.in. Kindly help to get my refund back.
