Non delivery of product after advance online payment

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: August 21, 2022


I had placed order to purchase 1 no. Milton water flask with order No. 5655 on 06/03/2021 on summer mela site. But the item has not been received by me till date.
It is therefore requested to either deliver the same to my correspondence address or refund the payment made in advance thought online mode via company partner Razorpay of Rs. 199/- to me.
I also raised the matter with shirt2collection@gmail.com on 24/03/2021, but no response received.
