REFUND FOR A CANCELLED PRODUCT

It is intimated that I (Nitin Manhas) have placed a pre-paid order for screen replacement for Huawei Y 9 Prime 2019 smartphone as on 09 May 2022 (I also have the Screenshot for the same but there is no option for the attachment of file), thereafter on 11 May 2022 I got an update that I must make a approx. payment of 900 rupees more. But somehow it was out of my budget, so I requested for the cancellation of product. Thereafter I got a call from TOUCH LCD HOUSE regarding the same. Then I explained my issue to them, and they insured me that the amount will be refunded as soon as possible. Thereafter I have tried to contact the company through calling on their helpline No, but they did not pick up and made the call to be on waiting for so long and disconnect the call after few minutes, Thereafter I tried to contact them on WhatsApp by text, after some attempts they replied only once that - " apke paise refund ho jaengen sir’ But, they have not refunded it yet. today now its 7th of July and the refund is still awaited. Hence, you are requested to instruct the company to refund the amount forthwith (I have made a payment of 1,767.00/- (Rs One thousand seven hundred sixty seven only)). I will be very thankful to you. You are also requested to forward a confirmation for the same.
