Complaint against 99Shop Pro regarding refund.

I ordered an item from the 99 shop pro. They sent me the wrong item. Later when I contacted the, they insisted me to keep that colour and also gave me an excuse like we don’t have the colour that you asked for so we sent the wrong colour. I insisted them to take the item back and refund my amount. They gave me an address and I sent that item to the same address. After that they stopped replying to my texts. After texting them constantly for like 10 days, they replied with a question mark. And now they are again not replying to my texts
