I got a perfume from Snapdeal. It was of 200ml. But I received 100ml bottle. I returned the item to the warehouse, address given by the Snapdeal.
Item got delivered to warehouse on 29/09/2018. As per refund policy, they will inspect the item and make refund in 2 days. But it's 5 days, since item got delivered to warehouse, but till today there is no update from Snapdeal. I emailed to Snapdeal 4 times, but no back response from them. What should I do?
