Non delivery of material for the payment received

I saw advertisement on Facebook from shop99online.com for Bombay Dyeing Bedsheets and I booked it on 15.02.2021 by paying from HDFC Bank net banking of amount 548 Till date they have not delivered the material, their contact email not replying ,site not opening, payment gateway was Razorpay.
I have requested my banker to help me in identifying the party and recover the money and also find out if this is genuine or fraudulent company.
