Account blocked with no clairty

My account has been blocked since the last 3 months. without any clarity of blocking the account. I had bough 2 products from flipkart but the delivery boy while returning the product interchanged and made refund of different product to me. Finaly i placed refund request several times but instead of refundig flipkart blocked my account.

Please support me to reactivate the account
