non receipt of goods ordered

On 15th Feb 2021 I saw an advt in Facebook offering bombay dyeing bedshhets at discount from the above company and I placed an order for the same amounting to Rs 1,195.90 which I paid with my SBI credit card. I received an e-mail confirmation from 'michelvelaris01@gmail.com' stating that my order no 1548 has been booked and I will be informed when the same is shipped. Also I received a payment mail confirmation from techgenicomm@gmail.com stating that my payment through razorpay has been received and for any order related queries to contact them. Since then I have not heard anything from them and the website shop99online.com is not opening and leads to shopify etc. I request your kind help in locating the co and arrange to get back the amount of Rs 1195.60 paid by me. Thanks for help.
