Non delivery of correct product

1. I ordered extra bass headphones( Sony MDR - XB950B1 Premium) vide order No IN11116396 dated 4/1/2021. Alongwith it as per the offer sony ear noise cancelling ear buds (MDR XB950B1)were also to be provided.
2. When I receieved the package made in China headphones MDR XB450AP were in the package and the earbuds are totally missing from the package.
3. I am against the Chinese products and the company has cheated me having sent chinese headphones instead of sony and also not sending the ear buds as per the offer. The bill posted on line however includes the details of Sony head phones and ear buds.
4. Moreover the customer care mob No 9873919057 given on the site is also not reachable.
