Delivered wrong item and then not returning

I baught a jacket(order id-1231384731) of gray colour but have delivered green colour which was comletely different from that shown on website.So i raised a request to return item on same day and my return was approved but till now they neither pickup item nor refund my money.I trying to reach many times @paytm,@paytmmall,@paytmcare but they did not responding .Please do needful
