My two item not delivered ..resolve it..already so many days are over

Ekart id FMPP0524180099,two items total amount Rs 515,still not delivered ....So either deliver it to me or refund my money..its already too late.....invoice attached..Your ekart executive Sandip Chakraborty of Barrackpore misplaced it...ask him....I will take legal action for this behaviour ..either deliver it to me or refund my money ...Don't harras customers..
