Complaint against the representative of Sastasundar.

I would like to inform you that I have received a message dated 31.07.2020 sent by Sastasundar wherein, it has been mentioned that my order has been reached at HB store and will be delivered soon.

Accordingly, on 02.08.2020 at about 9am, I tried to contact with the company person at Mobile 9563307514 as forwarded by Sastasundar and just I enquired him that when my product will be delivered?.

But Pertinent point to mention here that the person who received my call has misbehaved with me and highly tempered instead of giving proper information, wich a man cannot expect and being a bonafide customer of Sastasundar it is not at all acceptable/tolerable which is very bad. Earlier same incident had took place with the same person but I didn't report at that time.

He should be polite and bound to maintain all rules regulations, policy rendered by the Company.
It is requested to take necessary action in this regard otherwise I will report it to higher authority for further course of action.
