Not delivering product

Online Order Complaint Complaint Date: May 25, 2020
On 17.05.2020, I paid ₹6150/-, via PAYTM on behalf of my wife Dr. Nandana Bose, to the online website of Bombay Fashions, i.e. www.bfuniforms.com. Online payment receipt was also generated. (Copy enclosed). As I need to change the delivery address, when I contacted the merchant over phone. I was told that, they will check in their accounts and then shall inform. Later they told there is no such account maintained by them, although the website and the contact details is also right. But they haven’t received the money. When I contacted PAYTM, I was told by PAYTM, that the transaction was successful. After my several attempts BOMBAY FASHION Bengaluru is not responding to the problem and neither refunding the amount nor sending me the product.
