I've not received the orders and they were missing and I've been charged for huge

I've been cheated by UBER once again! My uber account is associated with the number 7003236693. I've ordered 5 Items from bestoo restuarant but I've received only 2 of them which was wrong item,rest were missing of which I've been charged with Rs.585! My order ID is #2158B. I've not expected this from uber.They've also made my previous order wrong with serving beef keema instead of mutton. But I belongs from a hindu family so they've played with my religion but still I've not took any action against them but this time it's unacceptable! I want the total refund of my last order including the day before the last order of Rs.113.
