Subject: No delivery, No Cancelling, No refund of paid money for purchasing

Sir/Madam,
With due respect , I, like to inform you that I had purchased some items on 5/5/2020 with payment Rs. 4606.72(four thousand six hundred six) by online transaction at online seller LT Online Store, Wholesaler in Mumbai, Maharashtra (https://ltonlinestore.com) . But till there is no any steps for delivery/cancelling/refund of paid amount for purchasing . I also mailed (from cbappachem@yahoo.com to india@Ltonlinestore.in ) & had sent letter but no any response.It resembles that the LT Online Store may be fraud/fake online seller.

Now I request you to take necessary actions for the above subject matter quickly.For taking necessary actions,suitable documents are attached below.
