I had returned a product and it was collected by flipkart. They said that they had refunded the amount and gave me NEFT UTR number as "NFT-170814075GN00177XXXXXXX". I had checked my account statements, but amount was not refunded. Then I raised complaint in SBI; got to knoe that the NEFT UTR number provided by Flipkart is not in correct format. Flipkart doesn't respond now.
