Irresponsive behavior for my undelivered item

Dear Sir,
On 12th of this month I ordered 2 items and paid online only. I received messages frequently that one of my item will be delivered late. I mailed them regarding what's the reason of late shipping. But then I got message that your item has been cancelled. How could the team trendybharat do like this ? They are just doing fraud with the name of bharat attached to it.

I request you to shut this site asap. Also my refund has not been received to my account. The cheaters should be punished as soon as possible. They should be escalated from their work.

I tried to text them but they have invalid number and I am unable to take any action.
I have attached few screenshot of the msgs I received.
