ABOF Refund not given One product was returned in feb

One product was returned in feb for which they said refund was initiated on 7th feb but when i tell them that i haven't received it which was on 21st feb they told me to share my account statement ..very same day i did that they told me that they have escalated issue to their finance Department n will update me in 24 hours but nobody called back..since then i havebeen asking them for atleast providing me ref no. For the refund but they just say that the issue has already been forwarded n it will take some more time...its been 1 month n 6 days how much more time they expect their customer to wait...seems like they r not doing anything other then cheating customers coz their r 100sss f complaints regarding refund... i have all the hopes from consumer forum now
