I ordered a product from Myntra on 12th August, 2018 (order no- 1085904-6768180-1219803).Before payment for the product, the color of product was something else and after payment the color of product was changed. on my complaining for the same on 12th August, 2018 they told me to wait for 4 days so that they can resolve the issue. On the end of fourth day they told me that there was changes made from myntra side, there is no change of color. Though on 16th August,2018 one of the customer support representative told me that the color is black and in description its blue (i have recordings for same). I was made to call them everyday to convince them that i am not lieing but they continuously denied the fact. On 19th of August, 2018, one of senior representative asked me e-mail the proof that i have (screenshot of product and recordings) and they reverted they will reach to me within 24 hours. But that never happens to which prolonged harassment. My time was wasted completely. Today on 21/08/2018 they cancelled my order by there will saying its no more available yet the product is still available no the site. They hampered my work and mental peace. Myntra never follows fair market practice. They are just doing whatever they want regardless of customer emotions
