I purchased one Lenovo K6 Note smart phone from Amazon India online on 3 December 2017. Within 2 months the phone just stopped working. Connected with Amazon and they suggested to check with the Manufacturer Lenovo. Lenovo denied service with a cause of liquid damage and additionally changed RS 170/- towards checking the phone - where my phone is already covered under warranty. I shared all details to Amazon - they never come back to me with any answer. I sent multiple reminders and also escalated it to higher level - but I never get any update- I have always been advised to wait. I am waiting for 3 weeks to get a resolution. I want my purchased amount back and also proper investigation on how such poorly manufactured product delivered through Amazon. There is something really wrong. I already spent full amount but unable to use the phone.
