Order no. 408-6142722-9353161. i havent got my earphone in the package "Audio-technica ath clr100bk in-ear headphone(black)" pricing rs.674.
When i complained amazon company about my issue, they said me to wait as they will be investigating the issue. but at last they said after 5 days of wait that they cannot provide me the product or refund on this product. the reason was that they delivere me the product. they are just ignoring my complain.
please resolve my issue.
