Low quality product water leakage, One hot bag/ bottle 2-litre capacity

One hot bag/ bottle 2-litre capacity was purchased from them, order placed on 27.12.2018 delivered within 2/3 days. Initially, we could not find any leakage but after using 3/4 days yesterday leakage noticed. Approached both sale counter and customer care with a request for replacement. This product was sold on 15% discount may be due to poor quality. We are chitted and demand a replacement. Life of this kind of product generally stands 10/15 years not getting leakage within a month.
