Furniture ordered not delivered and flipkart not refunding money

A product “crystal Almirah” was ordered on 1-nov-2018. It was rmosied by flipkart that it will be delivered by 10-Nov-2018, but I did not received the product.

When I followed up on 10-Nov-2018, flipkart did not raised any complaint finally a complaint was raised on 12-Nov-2018.

I requested to either let me know on what date it will be delivered or refund my money, but flipkart did not took any action. I had been following up with them since then but no response
