My name is Ritur aj pal. I order an oi tem from snapdeal on 30.08.2018 which order id is 23301748078.the item was delivered on09.09.2018. but the item was damaged ,so I want to return it the soriot was picked up the item 0n 12.09.2018.now my refund was pending.please help me as soon as possible
