Block My Account - Amazon they are explaining that my address and Card Address not matching.

I had purchase from Amazon through Debit Card. But after paying the amount they block my Amazon Account and hold my orders. as per Amazon they are explaining that my address and Card Address not matching.
I got this Reward Card from Dell Company as a Gift which i can use only for online purchase. now they are not taking initiative to activate my Amazon Accounts .
The card which i purchased all the items, i share them the details by mail through attachment. I have all the documents and proof of my rewards card. This is one type of cheating with the Indian citizen. Kindly take some strict action against them. or active my accounts as soon as possible.
i am sending you my statement and details of card which i share to amazon.
They are trying to cheat the customer.
I can buy any product from Amazon through any card. But it's not that card should be in my name.

My Request, Kindly resolve my issue asap.
