We purchased one hot bag/bottle 2-litre capacity order placed on 27.11.2018 and delivered within 2/3 days. Initially, leakage could not be detected but yesterday water leakage observed hardly 3/4 times it was used.
This item was sold on 15 % discount may be a low-quality product to clear the store. Both sale counter and customer care were approached to replace it but we were denied. we demand replacement we were chitted by offering the discount on poor quality product
