I had booked ticket from UTS app the amount got deducted but ticked was not booked and a message cam

I had booked my seasoned ticked for a month from UTS mobile app on 21st April. The amount got deducted from the my account but the ticket got never got booked. There was a message that the amount will be refunded to my account but that has also not been done. Please look into the matter.
