Myntra cheats with the customer.i will raise this issue with consumer forum and will take it to the last level.i want my rs.300 back from myntra.they are upfront denying to provide that.their customer care manager mr.amit also denied and did not escalate this matter into higher level.while I asked for his higher level he deinied

    I received an SMS that the item from the MYNTRA was delivered. But I didn't receive it. I called to the Help Center, wrote to the chat, to all their emails, they always change listen, give answer that they will deal with the problem and after a few days they send a letter, each time one-sorry, but the logistics company reported that the goods have been delivered. Nothing else. I asked them for a POD, asked for the contact of the courier who made the delivery. They don't give any information. more than 2 weeks have passed, no goods, no money, no explanations
