Bought a mobile phone from flipkart but the product was damaged. I raised request to return the product, then they sent an executive to check the product issues and he accepted the issues I am facing with the product. Then I got many dates for the returning of the product. I contacted flipkart many times but they are not acting responsibly, even they agreed to return my amount. Constantly they are harassing me. I want my refund.
