After cancellation i didnot get my refund

Sir i booked that hotel from booking.com for 18 to 19 feb 2021 and after booking was done i got a message in bookings.com portal that i can pay the entire amount using the payment method, Hence I did.Then as per instruction on the site (booking.com) I whatsapp the successful payment done image to the given number of the hotel admin. Then I tried to connect but they didnot receieved the call hence I tried to sent message from booking.com chatbox to the hotel but they didnot respond.Hence I decided to cancel.As per the policy what was there in bookings.com They need to refund the amount if I cancelled before 17th feb 2021.but i didnot receieve any payment yet and no communiation from booking.com/from goroomgo hotel management.I also mailed them regarding this also didnot get any answer from them.
