Delay in refund of cancelled item

on 22 Sep 2020 I placed an order at Amazon.in, for Aquaguard AquafloDX wall mounted UV white 120l/hr water purifier(order no.402-2660716-6754733).It was supposed to be delivered on 23 Sep 2020.But it was not delivered on time.I contacted Amazon customer service for cancellation of my order and make refund but nothing was done in next 7/8 days.Thereafter I cotacted amazon customer service in time and again numerous times.Every time they gave me false assurance that it will be credited to my account in 4/5 days.But it was not done.On 09/10/2020 they sent me an e mail that refund has been initiated on 08/10/2020 and it will be credited to my account in 4/5 woking days but it was not done.Again after a few days on contacting customer service,they said refund initiated on 20/10/2020 and I will get my refund in 4/5 days.But till date neither I received my item nor the refund.Intentionally they are not refunding my money and harassing me for one and half month.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.This is also possible that in this way they are collecting money from numerous customers giving fake advertisement and not supplying the product and holding money for long time to run their business.I think they should be punished for this type of negligence,dishonesty and harassment to the customers.I tried to send them e mail at cis-reply@amazon.in but did not get any solution.I did not get any proper e mail ID of Amazon.in which receives incoming mails
