I had purchased online 2 sets (four) Boxb Cotton Cushions of light grey colors from M/s Akrobonllp-(Akrobon.com) on facebook on 4th January, 2022, that were supplied on 10th January, 2022. Payment of Rs. 1797.99 was made to the Amazon Delivery Boy. On opening the pack found two damaged cushions and in different colours. Reported the matter to the contact no 98213132649. Sent pictures on whats-app as directed and asked for return. I was told to return two damaged cushions instead of taking the entire lot. From 10th January to today (17th Jan, 2022) they are delaying the matter and had stopped replying to my messages as well as calls.
