I am not getting refund or exchange of my vivo earfone

I am saikat from kolkata.on 12/4/22 I have purchased vivo earfone from meeso app by paying rs 198.and on 21/4/22 that earfone is not working. then I have contacted meeso customer care but they are saying 7 days has been passed.you won't get refund.we can't do anything.therefore I humbly request you please get me my refund.regards
