Fraud found in petrol, this CAN & visit to Om Sai Petrol Pump & talk the manager

Hell Team,

There is issue with petrol pump , yesterday i put the Rs 410 rupees petrol in my new FZ-S bike. today when i tried to start byke at this time byke was not get started so i went to mechanic to check whats wrong with this so he said that there is water in fuel tank. so i asked him to remove this so he open the all fuel tank & remove the all thinks whatever had in fuel tank in 5 Ltr fuel-can then its seem to that there is more than 50% was water & remaining petrol.
so i took this CAN & visit to Om Sai Petrol Pump (where i had put the petrol) & talk the manager but he is saying that this is not a water , this is Ethanol and he asked me to see the notice board . on notice board there is notice that is "10% Ethanol is mixed in petrol"
so i asked him soupos if i put 410 rs petrol it comes arround 6 Ltr & in Can now its shows more than 50% is water.
