I've bought a new Royal Enfield thunderbird 350 and had my very first servicing. There is a guy named Mangesh who works for 3M Car care and his job is to polish the bikes.
My bike's paint got damaged completely but thanks to Royal Enfield Brand that I got it replaced. But when asked for refund, I didn't got my money refunded back instead they tried to bribe me for 2 more extra free coats
They also over charged me for this service, other showrooms do it for 500Rs for 2 coats whereas this guy, Mangesh charged 1000 Rs for 2 coats
