I ordered my noise shots ergo with rs 1859 from official web of noise. Then they sent me an empty box of earbuds, then they did investigation for a month and Dispached new product on 22nd of september and since then it's not dilivered. When I call the customer care the give me an excuse that the product is shipped from their end and is in transit and they also mentioned that the curiour partner has done some issues. They are now not even replying to my chats and have blocked me on Instagram comment section so that I can not make other people aware of their fraud. They are now not even providing a replacement as promised and when asked for refund they say that that is not in our policy.
