iBhejo/ ICC Worldwide is not reliable. Shipped fake and wrong product and now I am left to chase them for refund
Nov 9, 2019 - Order# IBSH3176 placed order for two iPhone 7 covers, 1ea Apple leather cover & 1ea Egotude cover.
Nov 9, 2019 - Order prepaid on Razorpay using by Amazon Pay Balance, amount - INR 1,018.30
Nov 18,2019 - Order delivered.
Nov 19,2019 - Sent refund/replacement request with Photos to Ibhejo. Reason - (1) Received fake rubber cover instead of Genuine Apple leather cover (2) Received a dirty, old 7plus Egotude cover instead of new 7.
Nov 20, 2019 - Ibhejo arranged the return delivery through Bluedart, Products picked up from my home, acknowledgement with tracking number provided by Bluedart.
Nov 20, 2019 - Informed Ibhejo that products were picked up from my home. Ibhejo's acknowledgemnet email on the same day said credit will be issued when the products reach their Mumbai hub.
Nov 25, 2019 - Receives call from Ibhejo enquiring why I refused to return the products. I informed the person that Bluedart has already picked the return delivery.
Nov 26, 2019 - Sent an email, reiterating the same message to Ibhejo with Blurdart tracking# 15590298496 which shows that package was received on Nov 22, 2019.
Nov 26, 2019 - Received Acknowledgement email from Ibhejo which says refund will be initiated after products reach their Mumbai hub although tracking info shows they already received the return delivery on Nov 22, 2019.

I have loaded my voter ID copy into their website for KYC related to international shipment clearance. I hope this is not misused. IBhejo/ ICC Worldwide is not a reliable co.
