I ordered an apparel from club factory "an online app". There was defective product supplied to me and incorrect size.
Their customer care doesn't work and we do not get any updates on our complaints.
You can see the ratings on android play store and lots of customers having same issue. Though my amount is small but if you see in totality, the amount would be huge and they are doing fraud with Indian customers by supplying defective and fake products. Also by not responding to complaints
