I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT, ON 24-08-2019 MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOCKED WITH PRIOR INTIMATION AND I HAD CONTACTED FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE AND RAISED AN COMPLAINT REGARDING ACCOUNT LOGIN ISSUE AND THEY HAVE DIRECTED MY COMPLAINT. LATER, ON 26-08-2019 I HAVE RECEIVED MAIL FROM FLIPKART AS BELOW

LATER, ON 27-08-2019 I HAVE RECEIVED SAME MAIL WITH SAME WORDING FROM AISHWARYA LINGARAJAN, Flipkart Customer Support. NO CHANGE ANYTHING, AS THEY HAVE'NT EVEN VERIFIED MY MAIL OR CHECKED MY ISSUE.

I HAVE HAD LOTS OF CALLS WITH CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT AND NO ONE HAS REPLIED PROPERLY REGARDING MY ISSUE, SAME YOUR KINDSELF CAN SEE IN MY ATTACHMENTS WITH ALL THE PROOFS

HENCE, NOW I WANT TO KNOW THE VALID REASON WITH PROOFS FROM FLIPKART COMPANY FOR LOCKING MY ACCOUNT. I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I HAVE PURCHASED ALL THE PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL USAGE ONLY NOT EVEN A SINGLE PRODUCT I HAVE RETAILED/SOLD.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT, THE HARD EARNED MONEY HAS BEEN LOCKED AT MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AFTER MY REPEATED E-MAIL AND CALLS.

KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD AS THE MONEY IS VERY VALUABLE FOR ME AS I HAVE COME FROM MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND EARNING MONEY IS VERY HARD.

PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND INFORM FLIPKART TO REVERT BACK MY ACCOUNT.
