I have purchased smart watch but received unserviceable and was sent for replacement. Fresh Product was sent by zikr but product was not collected by me as no one was available at home. I approached to zookr on 10 Dec 18 for the same and they told me that we will refund your amount within 7 working days. On 19 Dec 18 I again approached to zookr but their rep was not given me the suitable reply and asking me for my bank statement but I denied the same and asked them for money transfer detail for my account, then the rep of zookr has dropped the phone.
