Complaint regrading quikr doorstep payment delayed

I have sold my product(ad id : 297673937) through Quikr doorstep on 5th September and product was delivered on 7th September. So far, have not received my payment. I have already raised the concern have ticket no. 5061477950.
I was told to give alternate Bank account detail, I have given that on 25th of September and still nothing.
It almost one month and not getting any response from customer care.
Requesting for a positive response.
