Complaint against firstcry.com for non-return, no refund of product ordered online

This is with reference to an Order Number:1045553QQX45B0944 dated 01.09.2017 vide shipment no. AWB No.:3IE018805222, which has been delivered to me on 09.09.2017. The product was for Rs. 3017.28 and it was a "kidology kurta Pajama set" for size 5-6 years. On receipt of the product it was found to be not only of a very inferior quality but also the product did not fit my child. I raised a return request, but to my utter shock, I was told that the product is of "non returnable" category. I told them that it conforms to all the return policy requirements i.e. original tags are intact and it is unused and the return request is raised on the very day of delivery, yet they stated that they would neither take the return nor refund my money.
I have been cheated by first cry people by delivery of such inferior quality product. The price of the product is also on higher side and thus, by declining my return request, they have not only caused me monetary loss, but have also caused a lot of mental stress and agony for me.
I want to strongly complain about this incident and see redressal of my issue and refund of my money which has been wasted upon such a pathetic quality of product.
Please help.

    Being a valued customer First Cry is not accepting returns from my end, this is the second time its happening.
    THe parcel box has been untouched its in the same condition as received,hence am asking them to take it back orelse i would have not.
