Sir I have purchased a 'Panasonic RP-HT161Wired Over The Ear Headphones' From Shopclues.com with order number '123809933' But When i Received it it is not in good condition so i have mail to company to change it or refund my cash
But At That time the Haryana govt close the internet service and when it start i have see that company reject my request then i have call them but they said that this is not our responsibility
so please sir Do something about my problem
