Bought REDMI 4 PHONE with defective Mic through the AMAZON.COM

I have bought REDMI 4 Phone through the AMAZON with a bill NO :#408-6020241-2852303.within a week I notice that the my callers were not able to hear my voice. I called up AMAZON then I told them then they told me to download the App and check it and even called the REDMI service and informed them about it and then they did a online test and found the phone defective. Now Amazon is asking for a receipt from REDMI 4 is telling me that if they give receipt there is no warranty on the phone.
