Rustorange a poorly managed online business, made an online purchase of Rs.3190

I made an online purchase of Rs.3190 from a website named Rustorange for the first time on 9th June, 2017(a Noida based business : https://www.rustorange.com/).The order#128031 supposed to be delivered in 15-20 days time. I received a part of the order on 27th June,2016.But the other item of Rs.1495 is yet to be delivered. Repeatedly mailed them regarding the delay and subsequent refund in case they are unable to deliver. They requested (via email on 10th July)for another 5-7 days for shipping, which I agreed to (via email on 12th July).I again mailed them on the 6th day from 12th July to know if they have shipped. No reply since 18th July. Suddenly stopped replying to mails.

There is no other way to contact them. This is completely unprofessional. It is a very poorly managed business. It is a pre-paid order. I am unable to understand how to get back my hard-earned money.

    You guys have the worst service ever. Been waiting on a dress for more than a month now. Really disappointing to see such lax. You have not provided a contact number also for your customers which makes it quite annoying as there is no guarantee of whether the product will ever reach me or if I will even get the huge amount I have spent refunded.

    Ordered dress on 26th Aug and till date I have not received my dress and neither there is any response from company. There is no contact details, I have paid 1000rs and I want refund.. It seems this is fraud site as they don't have contact details n neither any one of them have msg me. They just get money from us and cheat us.
    Please help to get my money back.

    Hi,

    Please do not shop from rustorange website. I ordered ORDER #435535 on October 3, 2018 for ₹5,542.00 for 4 items. Below are the issues faced.

    The product delivered one after one and the quality is tooooo bad. And it is not value for money. Hence I initiated the return. But nobody turn up to pick up the product. Please dont shop from this website. Not sure how to get the refund from them.
