Complain against Shine.com job placement, Don't refund my money

For Job regarding I pay at first 1850& then 6500, at payment time they told me that both the amount is refundable but at next stage they again ask to send amount of 14500, but I am not able to pay such huge amount, so I want to take over my process and want my cash refund. But they don't refund my cash and also told that there is no way to refund the amount.

Sir please help me by giving refund of my amount.

    For job regarding I pay at first Rs. 2500 and Rs.5600.at payment time they told me that both the amount is refundable bt at next stage they again ask to send amount of 9800. But I'm not able to pay such huge amount. So I want to take over my process and want my cash refund. But they don't refund my cash Also told that there is no way to refund the amount.
